A little context goes a long way. If your message is about your account, telling us your pet's name helps us find the right records and reply properly the first time.

• Your pet's name, if your message relates to your account.
• A short description of what you were doing and what you expected to happen, if you are reporting a problem.

Some of the most common questions already have an answer on the site. If you want to understand how the Sightline Score is put together, or what we do with your data, these pages may save you a wait.

• Our methodology page explains where the instruments come from and how the Sightline Score is calculated. It is an internal clinical composite informed by the literature, not itself a validated instrument, and it does not replace veterinary advice.
• Our privacy page explains what we store, who can see it, and how to ask for a copy of your data or to close your account.

We answer as quickly as we reasonably can, but we are a working veterinary practice and replies are best-effort rather than guaranteed by a fixed deadline. Thank you for your patience, and for caring enough to write.
