The Sightline Report
This is exactly what your vet receives.
A real sample Report, generated by the same engine our members use. The pet is fictional. The format, the Sightline Score, the trajectory and the per-domain breakdown are exactly what a vet opens when an owner shares their Report.
This one belongs to Bramble, an eleven-year-old Labrador with osteoarthritis, tracked weekly across the last ninety days. Her trajectory drifts gently from a good week into a watch week, which is the kind of slow change that is hard to see day to day and easy to read on a curve. The numeric Score is withheld until a baseline exists, and every score on the page can be traced back to the version of the algorithm that produced it.

Built to be read alongside the clinical record
The Report is a tracking and record-keeping document, not a diagnosis. It is signed under MRCVS oversight, which describes how Sightline is designed and maintained in general, and is built to be read alongside your pet’s clinical record, not in place of it.
